Shipping

We ship via USPS ground or express, and strive to fulfill your order within three business days for ground shipping, and one business day for express shipping. USA delivery only.

Packaging

We imagine a world in which everything is beautiful and nothing is wasted. That is why we try to re-use found packaging materials from within our studio. What is not found in-house, we purchase from an earth-friendly packaging supplier. Either way, rest assured that your purchase will be packed with the same aesthetic sensibility as the product itself.

Returns

Our 30-day return policy starts from the date of purchase. If 30 days have lapsed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which we shipped it to you.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your credit card statement or bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at whimsey@martinandmo.com.

Damaged Items
If your order is damaged during shipping, please take a photo of the damaged item and the shipping container. Please include this with your refund request.

Exchanges
Please email us at whimsy@martinandmo.com regarding exchange requests. Since many of our products are one of a kind, we will consider exchanges on a case by case basis.

Return Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs up front for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
